Purgatory Resort purchased the building in Durango, CO at 2615 Main Ave., formerly the site of Hassle-Free Sports, in 2016, with the intention of making it the company headquarters not only for Purgatory Resort, but for the four others belonging to James Coleman, including newly purchased Hesperus Ski Area, Pajarito Mountain Ski Area, Arizona Snowbowl and Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort. Construction of the corporate offices and community space will be completed in two phases in 2017.
